in accordance with the provisions Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova , by petition, we mean any request, notification or proposal addressed to a public authority by a natural or legal person.
The petition can be submitted:
- electronically, being sent by e-mail to the e-mail address.
- through the Post Offices at the address Chisinau municipality, Piaţa Marii Adunări Nationale 1 str.
Petition requirements:
According to art. 75 para. (1) of the Administrative Code, the petition contains the following elements:
a) the petitioner's name and surname;
b) the domicile or headquarters of the petitioner and the e-mail address if a response is requested in this way;
c) the name of the public authority;
d) the object of the petition and its motivation;
e) the signature of the petitioner or of his legal or authorized representative, and in the case of the petition sent in electronic form – the electronic signature.
