National Crisis Management Center

According to Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 579/2025
Staff limit: 30 personnel units

Director General — strategic leadership of the Center, appointed by the Government upon the proposal of the Prime Minister (with the approval of the National Security Council)
Deputy Director General — senior public management official, operational coordination

Crisis Management Planning Directorate — development and coordination of response plans for crises and major crises
Integrated Information Directorate — collection and analysis of information, integrated situational picture
- Crisis Room (with service status) — 24/7 crisis situation monitoring, institutional warning system
- Strategic Analysis and Forecasting Service — risk assessment, strategic forecasting materials

External Assistance and International Relations Service — international cooperation, implementation of international support
Information and Communication Service — public relations, crisis communication
Document Management Service — archiving and document flow
Information Technology and Communications Service — IT infrastructure, system interoperability
Legal Service, Human Resources and State Secret Protection — legal aspects, HR, protection of classified information
Financial and Administrative Service — financial and administrative management

National Crisis Response Platform — inter-institutional structure organized within the Center by order of the Director General; provides decision-making support for the National Crisis Management Commission and coordinates response actions
